Hardly any cheese on both portions of chips and cheese. Not salt and vinegar which was asked for. Portion sizes has decreased a lot since I last ordered. Hardly any chips and as I said VERY little cheese on them.

App stated 40min delivery time but waited for 80mins. Understand it was exceptionally busy. Phoned to ask about delivery. Offered free soft drinks with delivery but declined. Was reassured delivery was on its way, sure enough arrived within 10mins. Was worth the wait. Food never disappoints.

We order quite a lot but the last twice the size of the gravy portion has been poor for the cost of it

I have been ordering from yourselves for a long time, this week I ordered a single fish and black pudding supper, the fish is usually big but this week it was so small , and why are you charging 30 pence for a paper bag that I can not use again,I thought bags were free if chips were ordered, very disappointed.
