Very sad to say. Food ordered at 6.14pm advised 40min wait (usual) first (cold) delivery 7.45pm second delivery of same order 8.25pm Not offer of refund jist that they would remake it. This didn't actually suit as we were feeding kids and so I'd already cooked by the time the food arrived edible. Really disappointing. Just don't offer delivery if you can't manage it on weekends.

The chips were hard .

The only down side it wasnt warm so had to heat up in oven. To be honest this is the 1st time I've had to di yhis so it wouldn't put me off ordering again

I would use you again as your always the chippy we order from whether that's a collection or in rare occasions a delivery. So this was a shared fish supper I had ordered i asked for the delivery time to be at 8 clock instead you delivered it about 5mins after I placed the order arriving about an hour earlier than I wanted it in the 1st place hence why the delivery time got 1 star as was so far off the time I asked for it was terrible. And because it was about an hour earlier than we wanted i didn't get it fresh i had to reheat my half about an hour later making it nowhere near as enjoyable as it should of been. So although I would use you again not sure i would get it delivered again. It's expensive to buy the meal and delivery least expected to be able to eat it fresh not reheated unfortunately

Delivery took a good bit longer than expected and food could have been warmer . Had to heat it up in air fryer and microwave

Missing items from order - 1. Had to come back for items 2. Still missing items waited 45 minutes for order to be delivered after original collection order Delivery driver cant read. Went to wrong address. All shop had to say was we have given a free bottle or juice terrible service will not be back

Waited over 1 hour for delivery, usually about 15 mins to 20 mins .

We order quite a lot but the last twice the size of the gravy portion has been poor for the cost of it

I have been ordering from yourselves for a long time, this week I ordered a single fish and black pudding supper, the fish is usually big but this week it was so small , and why are you charging 30 pence for a paper bag that I can not use again,I thought bags were free if chips were ordered, very disappointed.
